For Adler Ortho srl, an Italian private company specialised in designing, manufacturing and marketing articular prosthesis and other medical products for the orthopaedic sector, we have produced sample suitcases for their sales representatives. 

This kind of products needs sample cases with a high level of protection to ensure safe and easy storage and transportation.

These surgery sample suitcases have the body in plywood, the exterior in black nylon with water- and scratch-proof features, aluminium protective corners and edges, locks on the front panel, one handle on the top; company logo on the exterior. Please note

 the interior: the base presents a double layer of display compartments, up to a total of 8 removable and stackable trays/ compartments. Each of them can hold a different kind of item, in this case ortophaedic prostheses. They are molded cases, since each of the trays/ compartments has a custom foam interior, with high density PE foam with molded divisions to secure in place the items. On the lid section there is a pocket to hold leaflets and documentations.

A very interesting case is the one here in the picture: it is made up of several stackable trays, creating together a suitcase, here used for surgical instruments. The most interesting feature is its flexibility: the number of stackable trays can change depending on speficic needs, 

thanks also to the adjustable straps. The handle on the top tray makes transportation easy. This model is widely used for meetings and conferences in the medical sector.
