Pilot case: this case takes its name from the suitcases the pilots use to bring with them on their flights. The case is used as a sample suitcase mainly for technical documentation, brochures, catalogues, leaflets,

and in all the situations when it is not possible to transport products (i.e. for their big sizes) in order to display them to customers.
Trolley pilot cases are very useful for all the companies whose representatives have to carry heavy documentations when visiting clients.

Pilot cases are known also as “top opening cases”, since one of their main feature is a large internal capacity together with wide opening top lid, for easy access to documents, instruments or samples in the inside.
With “pilot case” we refer to one type of case, which easily offers several customization options.
Usually, the pilot case has a body in plywood, while the exterior can be in leatherette, in nylon, or in aluminium, with reinforced corners, padded handle on top, locks, metal feet; pockets can also be added.

The interior as a standard is usually kept empty.
